We are a certified practice for Xero, Quickbooks Online and FreeAgent, and use the latest receipt processing apps, which means we can streamline the bookkeeping process making it as effective and efficient as possible.

Bookkeeping and Accountancy Services

Rebus offers several features, which we believe, set us apart from most other bookkeeping firms.

  • Out of hours availability - most business are not 9-5 therefore, why should you have to wait until Monday morning to sort out your important finance issues? Although Rebus has official office hours, we attend to our clients out with this when required.

Payroll Bureau

Full payroll bureau for all your employer needs.

We also specialise in CIS for businesses in the construction industry.

Accounts Production

Production of accounts and corporation tax calculation for Limited companies and Partnership accounts production.

Bookkeeping Support

Remote or on-site full bookkeeping support from basic compliance, credit control and VAT to monthly management accounts.

Self-Assessment Tax Returns

Calculation and submission of self-assessment tax returns.

We also specialise in CIS tax returns for subcontractors in the construction industry.

Accounting software setup and training

With Making Tax Digital going live in April 2019 - we are busy moving clients onto compliant software. We offer full in house and remote training and setup on the following packages - Xero, FreeAgent and QuickBooks Online.

Pricing

Rebus can work with businesses on an hourly rate, fixed price or monthly and quarterly contracts. This depends on the individual business needs and scope of work being carried out. All new clients are offered an initial consultation (at no cost), which allows for us to learn about their particular requirements and the potential client to understand how we could help their business. All services and fees will be discussed during this meeting.
